Returns & Privacy Policy for Easy DIY Murphy Bed

RETURNS
Normally, we do not accept returns for any of our hardware kits, since the customer who purchases a hardware kit on our website has access to all the information on the products and videos. However, for our clients comfort, you can return our regular Murphy bed hardware within 30 days from the purchase date, but the returns are subject to 35% restocking fees which we will deduct from the amount of refund and the buyer must pay for the return shipping after we authorize the return to the address that we will provide by email.
We do not ship desk hardware, unless customer has specified the brand of the Murphy bed that they are using the desk hardware with, so the desk hardware is not returnable.
King size or California King size are specialty items and the return within 30 days will be subject to 45% restocking fee and the buyer must pay for the return shipping as well.
The same policy applies to Twin- and Full-size XL.
The customized mattress size that we use a calculator with are not returnable.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AFTER THE 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD.
DOWNLOADS
The “Free Download” on our website are available to anyone, but they do not have any measurements. If a customer asks for the PDF guides after placing an order, in case of cancellation or return of the PDF guide, there will be 10% charges that will be deducted from the amount of refund and also 5% cancellation fee that will be deducted from the amount of refund.
